When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and any notes about the treatment you want. We only ask for what we need to reply and arrange your appointment.

We also use Google Analytics, which collects basic anonymous information about how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and general activity. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, and keep in touch about your bookings. We do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as needed to provide our service and meet any legal duties, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Sharing

We may use trusted services to run the website and handle enquiry messages, for example a form provider or messaging app. These providers only process your details on our behalf.
